Do you have that nasty clunk while shifting?
Have you already replaced the support bearing and guibo , checked/replaced rear subframe and differential mount, but the problem still persist ?
It’s probably like 80% of BMWs made, your car also have driveshaft cv joints play.
BMW says those are not replaceable and if you have issues with them you need brand new driveshaft, but as a guy who already did this i say everything is replaceable with the right tools. Get the driveshaft on the vice, knock the old ones with socket 17 and replace them with those brand new.
Every kit includes 2 brand new, high quality constant velocity joints.
